John H. Snyder, Partner, 315 732-8661. John H. Snyder was born in Albany, New York. He is a 1995 graduate of Utica College. Mr. Snyder received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1998. He is the current chair of the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Snyder is a frequent lecturer on Workers’ Compensation and is an Adjunct Professor and Trustee at Utica College. He has developed a specialty in the preparation of Medicare Set-Asides. Mr. Snyder is President of the Utica Industrial Development Corporation. He is Vice-President of the Utica Lady Knicks youth basketball organization. Mr. Snyder is a Board member of the Mohawk Valley Edge, Notre Dame Schools and the St. Agnes Cemetery. He practices at the firm’s office located at 605 French Road, New Hartford, NY.
